The seasoned professionals of TransOcean Group, Ltd. are responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing attractive private equity investment opportunities. The TransOcean team brings distinct and complementary backgrounds in the fields of private equity investing, investment banking and corporate strategy and governance.

Mark P. Naylor, Vice President
Mr. Naylor joined TransOcean Group, Ltd. in 2004. Prior to joining TransOcean, he was a principal with Overture Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Boston. From 1997 through 2000, Mr. Naylor was a principal with Stolberg, Meehan & Scano, a New York-based private equity firm with $170 million under management. Mr. Naylor has a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Robert Z. Kuftinec, Vice President
Mr. Kuftinec joined TransOcean Group, Ltd. in 2005. Prior to joing TransOcean, he was a principal with Overture Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, and a Managing Director of Shields & Company, a Boston-based investment banking firm. He is currently co-chairman of the Boston Chapter of The Darden School Alumni Association. Mr. Kuftinec has a B.S. in Finance & Economics from Babson College and an M.B.A. from The Darden School at the University of Virginia.
